Both the visual and verbal elements of your branding need to reflect your brand’s purpose, personality, and authentic voice. They should clearly communicate what makes your brand unique and valuable in a way that’s easy for people to recognize and remember.

We’ll create a comprehensive brand style guide to maintain consistency across all touchpoints, from business cards and marketing materials to your website, social media, and advertising campaigns.

An essential branding project typically includes:

Even if our project is primarily visual, we’ll need to align on your overall brand strategy, target audience, and goals.

  • Using the insights from our brand audit and strategy, we’ll create a detailed design brief outlining the project’s scope, purpose, goals, action plan, schedule, deliverables, and all the resources needed to ensure success from start to finish.

    We’ll also organize everything in Asana, giving you an easy way to track progress and access all files, messages, and forms in one place.

  • We’ll create a mood board that captures the visual inspiration and references to define the look and feel we aim to achieve for your brand.

    In addition, we’ll include keywords that represent your brand’s personality and the core topics you want to focus on to attract and resonate with your ideal client. This step ensures we’re aligned on how your brand should be perceived and how it connects with your audience.

  • Your logo plays a key role in your brand’s first impression. It needs to be unique, easy to recognize, and memorable to help your brand stand out and stay top of mind. We’ll ensure your logo reflects your brand’s values and resonates with your target audience.

    Your primary logo and its variations should remain consistent over time, representing your brand in every interaction. That’s why we’ll create a timeless, bespoke design that embodies your brand’s personality, purpose, and values.

    A high-end logo increases perceived value, which is essential for showcasing high-quality products and services. Your logo will communicate the unique identity and value your brand offers.

    Logo Variations (submarks, black and white, square, etc.): Consistently using your logo and its variations ensures strong brand recognition while allowing creativity in other design aspects. We’ll adapt your logo for different applications without sacrificing consistency. 

  • Choosing the right typefaces and establishing a clear hierarchy are essential to shaping your brand’s look and feel. Through typography, we’ll communicate your brand’s identity and reflect your unique voice.

    We’ll define the details to ensure consistent use of typefaces across all branding materials, helping maintain a cohesive and polished brand image.

  • Your color palette is thoughtfully chosen to reinforce your brand image and bring your identity to life. It ensures consistency across all touchpoints, from print to digital applications, helping your brand remain cohesive and recognizable in every format.

  • A brand board is a one-page visual style guide that captures the key elements of your brand identity in a single document. It represents your brand’s values, attributes, and personality through essential components like your primary logo and its variations, visual inspiration, keywords, typefaces, and color palette.

    The brand board also includes important details such as typographic hierarchy and color codes, serving as a quick reference to ensure your branding stays consistent across all platforms.

  • This project goes beyond just a logo and aesthetics—it’s about creating a brand rooted in a well-defined strategy. I ask that you trust my expertise, experience, and the reasoning behind each design choice. Because of this, I offer a limited number of concepts and revisions. However, you’ll always have two revisions included in the process.

    These revisions give you the chance to review the work, share your thoughts, and ensure you're satisfied before we move to final approval. During the first revision, I’ll walk you through the design, explain the rationale behind it, and show how it works in real-life scenarios, ensuring we’re aligned and that you feel confident with the result.

  • As part of the project, you can select a marketing collateral item to be designed based on your needs. This could be a business card, a 1-page PDF, a flyer, or any other item that supports your brand. This ensures that your visual identity is seamlessly integrated into your marketing materials.

You’ll receive the original logo files in high-resolution PNG with transparency, as well as vector formats. In addition, I’ll provide typeface files and color codes for both CMYK and RGB.

You also have the option to add the following items or services:

  • Based on your preferences, mockups showcase how your visual assets will appear across various applications, such as stationery, signage, apparel, swag, and more.

  • You can choose from a range of additional marketing collateral or stationery items, such as business cards, email signatures, newsletters, infographics, 1-page PDFs, flyers, banners, and more, to further support your brand.

  • A comprehensive brand guidelines document, or style guide, ensures your branding remains consistent across all applications. This document can be easily shared with your brand team, partners, contractors, or anyone involved in creating for your brand. It outlines clear brand standards to make sure everything aligns with your defined vision.

    The guidelines include everything from your brand values and purpose to graphic design elements and visual/verbal concepts, ensuring your aesthetics and tone of voice remain consistent in every message, experience, and interaction.

    We can design and implement custom creative assets for your social platforms, including Instagram post templates, story highlight covers, LinkedIn and Facebook banners, post designs, photo editing, and more.

    • Budget Management and High-Quality Results: I consistently deliver high-quality results while keeping projects within budget by forecasting expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and making the most of valuable resources.

  • Squarespace or Webflow Customization + Google Workspace Setup

    I’ll design and customize your brand’s landing page or full website on Squarespace or Webflow. If you choose Squarespace, it’s easy to update and make small changes as needed over time. Additionally, I can set up your Google Workspace, including your business domain and email, to streamline your online presence.

  • Beyond website design, I can help you acquire a new domain and set up your business email address. With a Google Workspace account, you’ll be able to manage all your emails through Gmail, store documents in Google Drive, and handle calls via Google Meet or Google Voice.
